Who we are. 43 Sunsets is a small independent studio (contact: [email protected]). This site describes and links to our products, which are sold and delivered through third-party platforms (Gumroad, Apify, Agensi, Etsy, the n8n template library). Purchases made there are governed by that platform’s terms and refund policy in addition to any product-specific notes we publish.

Products and accuracy. We describe only features that exist and numbers we have measured. Templates and tools are provided as described in their setup notes; you are responsible for configuring and running them in your own environment and for the credentials you connect.

No warranty beyond what we state. Except where a platform’s terms say otherwise, products are provided “as is”. We do not promise business outcomes.

Links. Some links on this site are tracked redirects on our own domain (/go/…) so we can see which page a visitor came from. They do not set cookies.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version date at the top of this page is the current one.

Privacy — what this site collects

• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not track individuals across sites. We look at aggregate visits, referrers and paths.
• Language preference. If you switch the site language, the choice is stored in your browser’s local storage only. Nothing is sent to us.
• Embedded video. The studio section of the home page embeds YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube’s policies apply once you play a video.
• Email. If you write to [email protected] we keep the correspondence to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list.
• We do not run ads, sell data, or use third-party trackers on this site.

Our services (43sunsets.com/services)

• What you give us. To run a service you provide the inputs the order form asks for (for example a website address). We use them only to produce the deliverable you ordered.
• Requests. If you send a request through the “Can you do this?” form or sign up for a free check, we keep it — the description, any example link, and your email — to reply and to improve our services. It is stored securely and reviewed by a person; we do not forward it anywhere else. Say so if you want it deleted.
• Payment. Where a service is paid, payment and receipts are handled by our payment provider (Gumroad). We do not see or store your card details.
• Delivery and retention. Deliverables are made available to you on the web. We keep the deliverable and your inputs for 30 days so you can re-download them and so we can answer questions, then delete them.
• Public data. Our services analyse publicly accessible information (such as your website). We do not access anything that requires your login unless you explicitly grant it for a specific job.
• Refunds. Because deliverables are produced on demand, we refund a paid service in full if we could not deliver what its page promised. Ask at [email protected] within 14 days. Disagreement with the findings themselves is not a delivery failure.
