Tell us what goes wrong and where to reply. We answer within one business day with a secure way to send your workflow export (JSON) — we never need your credentials and we never touch a live flow. The written report follows within 48 hours of receiving the export. Invoiced by email after you have the report.
What you get
- A 10-category check of one workflow — error handling, idempotency, rate limits, webhook security, timeouts, credential hygiene, data handling, observability, naming and cost traps — including what happens on run #2: duplicates, retries, out-of-order events.
- A written report where every finding names the node, the setting and the exact value to change. Copy-paste ready for you or whoever maintains the flow.
- An honest coverage note — what we could verify from the export, what would need a live run, and why.
- A fixed price for each repair, if you want one. You approve before we change anything. Nothing is bundled in; the report stands on its own.

Why should I trust a diagnosis from you?
Six of our own workflows are published in the official n8n template library — each passed n8n's human editorial review and was live-tested with real executions before submission. The same checklist we use on our own work is the one we run on yours. AI helps us build and test; a human is accountable for every line of the report, and everything is in writing.
Is it safe to send my workflow export?
An n8n export contains the workflow's structure and settings, not your passwords or API keys — credentials stay in your instance. We read the export, we do not run it against your accounts, and we delete it on request once the report is delivered.
What can you not see from an export?
Anything that only shows up at run time: the actual data your services return, rate-limit responses, timing. When a finding needs a live run to confirm, the report says so and tells you how to confirm it yourself — or we do it as part of a repair.
Refunds?
You pay after the report, and only if it found something worth fixing. If the report did not deliver what this page promised, tell us within 14 days and there is no charge. See terms & privacy.
